ProLink WatchIT lets you select from a package of support hours per month. When support hours are not used up, they will carry over and be added to the next month’s allocation. When the budgeted amount of monthly support hours is exceeded, a separate invoice will be sent to balance any additional time.

- Business Solutions Consultant – One (1) meeting a year to review the network for growth and IT advancements at no charge
- If a project entails consulting with a Chief Technology Specialist for planning and design, consulting fees may be billable
